We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in May, 2011. Everything was very good. Friendly staff, clean large room and excellent breakfast. About 10 minutes from the railway station on foot.

The hotel offers free mineral water and an electric kettle, which is quite convenient. Its location is close to important sites, which allows for easy access. the hotel's staff is exceptional, and their excellent customer service adds to the overall pleasant experience.

The view from the room can be noisy and unattractive. the hotel's restaurant can be a bit inconsistent in terms of service.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the location was great for exploring the town. It was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, although sometimes a bit busy.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing. The food was not very good and quite expensive.

Location, ideal for myself, was situated halfway between town and the train station, but to some people it may be a bit far out of town. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful, friendly staff with ok english, nice breakfast - even had a choice of coffee! and free Wi-Fi.

Very little - just the internet in rooms didnt work, but worked in the public areas.

This hotel is conveniently located in between the main train station and all other spots in town. It's easy to get to anywhere except the very city center. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and cozy, and the service is friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet is tasty and filling, with cheese pancakes and other central European offerings. free WiFi, free still water, and an electric kettle with tea/coffee are available in the rooms.

The hotel may face a busy street with trams, making it a bit noisy for sensitive sleepers.

Proximatey to Main Train Station and Centre of City and super friendly and helpful staff, also great value for money.

Just a small thing and seems to be a Europe thing but the Hotels I have booked on this site, I pay for a double bed and the bed is 2 singles pushed together, at least this did not separate during the night.

A little far from town center

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic - it was close to the railway station and just a short walk from the very downtown. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, providing great service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, with the added bonus of a window overlooking the quiet inner yard. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast, which was delicious and included in the price.

Honestly, I couldn't fault this hotel at all. Everything was just perfect!

I stayed at quite a few places in Poland and Ukraine that were a bit unwelcoming. Reikartz Dworzec Lviv was different, very trustworthy and helpful. I had three short stays in Lviv and after the first stay at the Reikartz Dworzec Lviv I booked the next two there, too.

This hotel is a great value for the money, offering spacious and clean rooms. The staff here is incredibly helpful and speaks English fluently, making it easy to communicate and get assistance. I really appreciated the attention to detail, such as providing complimentary bottles of water and an electric kettle with tea/coffee in the room. The location of the hotel is ideal, with it being within walking distance to the historical center of Lviv as well as the railway station.

Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements necessary.
